• Understand work scope, quantity and be familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and dispatch disciplines.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of Invoices processes, etc.
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating priorities using excel. Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Excel, Access, MS Project.
• Understand contractual matter, familiar with scope management, manufacturing standards and change control.
• Perform and manage project financial activity monitoring and purchase requests creation and follow up.
• Perform commercial review for (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of service agreements.
• Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system (SAP) to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Getting in touch with the suppliers to bargain for the best quote.
• Coordinate and work with the supply chain management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Facilitating in developing all project-related contract strategies and organizing the list of bidders and inviting the file for tenders.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
• Evaluate allocation of resources based on the production rate and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (Histogram/S curves). Reports and analyses deviation from plan.
• Performing all clarifications for contracts meeting and coordinating with the project department and smooth functioning of the project. • Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
• Prepare and update 6 months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team.

• Prime response to takeover a job from Sales team and initiate it via organizing a kick off meeting.
• Deciding the perfect manufacturing method so as to manufacture and deliver the product on time.
• Coordinating with the clients and coordinate the production and delivery as per the committed date.
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems
• Supervise the raw material availability and forecast the material requirement for a certain period of time so that there is no shortage of material during the production process.
• Creating a time-output analysis which would help in preparing a proper plan.
• Organizing the transportation of materials.
• Daily & Weekly Monitoring of all aspects of the planning and execution, to ensure successful delivery.
• Minimize delays due to lagging information, material or equipment + Track progress and maintain contingency plans to stay on schedule.
• Collect the Progress from production and update it in Master schedule and maintain the schedule.
• Participation of weekly project meetings, client meetings and daily production meetings.
• Coordinate with QC for supplier audits (Raw materials and Galvanizers).

• Prepare the Master EPC schedules with the coordination of Estimation, Commercial,
Procurement, Engineering, Production and Logistics departments
• Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish in time and
on budget.
• Plan and schedule a baseline program of the project by phasing the activities in line to the
client requirements, contractual agreements and construction sequence.
• Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization
involved.
