Project Management

Operation & Maintenance
•Planning & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment to increase equipment up time/reliability; thereby accomplishing planned achievement. Proactively identify areas of obstruction /breakdown & take steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools.
•Preparing maintenance scheduled & maintain break down record to ensure the performance capacity of various equipment.
Installation & Commissioning
•Handling installation & commissioning of equipment as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/cost parameter.
Have a complete understanding for….
•Drawing of power & Control circuit, GA Drawing of panels, Single Line diagram.
•Siemens, Schneider Electric make Breaker up to 220 KV level.
•Relays & tripping signals for Breakers.
•Interlocks for HT & LT Breaker & Feeder.
•OLTC for voltage control.

•Transformers all Cables termination and protection like Differential, O/C, REF, PRV, OSR, Buchholz, WTI, and OTI & MOG.
•Operation & Maintenance of 11 KV VCB , PCC, MCC, PDB, LDB, MLDB, & Lighting Transformer installed for lighting scheme (Vol tamp Make).
•Erection, Commissioning, Maintenance & trouble shooting of UPS & Battery Charger Smooth operation and Maintenance 3 phase O/P 30 KVA, 1 phase 10 KVA.
•Operation & Maintenance & trouble shooting of PLC Siemens make S7- 200 & Omron Make PLC .
•Maintenance & trouble shooting of Variable Frequency Drive 15 KW of ABB Make & 110 KW Danfoss & Siemens Make.
•Operation & Maintenance of EOT Crane 5 TON, 2000 & 5000 KG EOT crane.

•Hands on Experience of Conditioning Monitoring, Preventive Maintenance, prepare Maintenance planner and tracking records accordingly.
•Hands on Experience of CM Module & PM Module, SAP system and also maintain records accordingly.
•Having knowledge of Work Permit System Module, PM Module, CM Module, and PR & PO Module on SAP System
