Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of the entire Food & Beverage
operation onboard.
This includes 23 bars, restaurants and lounges.
Lead, develop, coach & mentor a team of 636 Crew Members towards a common
goal.
Accountable for the performance and achievement of company Key Performance
Indicators, including but not limited to forecasting, expenses, and overtime.
Constantly analyse current processes to identify areas of improvement, develop
long-term strategies to improve operational efficiency .
Directly responsible for managing the food cost budgets and consumption levels
onboard the vessel to ensure that corporate objectives are achieved
Spearheading on-board Food & Beverage Operations of two luxury vessels .
Identified & furnished new restaurant & bar concepts along with corporate
team, as well as streamlining openings.

The position is that of tactical partner between Corporate and ship board F&B
teams. We assign, distribute budgets, revenue and ratings targets to assigned
vessels based on fleet overall targets. Then move forward providing overall
guidance and support reaching these goals.
Spearheaded inception of innovative products for revitalization & up
gradation of current fleet wide F&B venues .
Prepared & implemented strategic plans and deployed supporting tactics
and project work for F&B Operations that support F&B operations business
objectives
Steered payroll, time and attendance and other HR related matters of staff
and supervisor
Analysed & developed employee training related initiatives to support
standards for F&B Operations in all venues
