At International SOS, I serve as Associate Director - Sales & Consulting, leading the Medical Services business line across enterprise and international client segments in India. I have successfully closed multiple enterprise and international deals by applying consultative sales strategies across complex stakeholder environments. My role focuses on driving business development, expanding cross-border healthcare engagements, and positioning International SOS as a strategic occupational health partner for enterprise clients. I work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen client relationships, support long-term retention, and drive account growth and strategic expansion initiatives.

At Connect & Heal (CNH Care), I managed INR 65 crore (AED 25M+) portfolio across 100+ corporate clients while leading a team of 6 Account Managers. I drove consultative sales, achieved the highest cross-sell penetration nationally, maintained a 96% client renewal rate, and managed key enterprise relationships with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, PWC, Nvidia, and ExxonMobil.

At MFine, I played a foundational role in building and scaling the company’s B2B healthcare business. Starting as the first B2B hire and later growing into a Key Account Manager role, I established and led the Key Account Management function while managing a portfolio of 30+ enterprise clients across India. I was responsible for driving consultative sales, strategic account growth, client retention, and enterprise partnerships, contributing consistently to 30% of MFine’s total B2B revenue for three consecutive years.
