1. Making all the production plans on daily basis
2. Making sure there is enough material according to the production plan
3. Providing direction to the supervisors
4. Keep all the process in cost effective way
5. Making sure there is enough production staff to hit targets
6. Making sure the production team and general labor keep motivated and work at full efficiency
7. Maintaining regular and proactive contact with Senior Management
8. Ensure all the quality and safety standards are met while complying with all governmental regulations
9. Ensuring all the machinery runs efficiently with proper and timely maintenance
10. Ensuring all the documentation for receiving, dispatching or storing is done correctly
11. Making sure all the operations run efficiently and smoothly
