Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervise the electrical rehabilitation of a building the works includes replacement of old panel boards, circuit breakers, conduits, wires and cables. Analyze the route of wire ways and installation of new generator set with automatic transfer switch. Cable connection from generator distribution equipment board
• Supervise the installation of bus bars, wiring of meter, circuit breakers draw out and fixed type, molded case circuit breakers and their controls and components.
• Preparation of contracts document such as specifications, scope of works and bill of quantity
• Conduct site inspection and verification of electrical materials, order by site engineers for the actual issuance of materials needed at the projects.
• Cost estimates, Materials take-off and Build Up rates for changed of work.
• Meetings with customer to review the approved design and specification needed for their standards materials requirements and availability in the market to meet the quality of a product.

• Supervise the Electrical Installation and attend meetings with other site engineers and architects for project progress.
• Prepare, monitor & control the work schedule & activities, implementing all electrical works to conform the design, standard specifications & drawing plans.
• Monitor and control the quality of works, performance and accomplishment.
• Monitor and settles problem encountered and implements manpower safety as standard procedure.
