Working in a dynamic fast-paced team. Managing the organization’s employee insurance and benefits program & handling employee relations issues.
Duties:
•Serve as the focal point of contact with the contracted benefits provider. Facilitate development of plan revisions and renewal.
•Receive and process job requisition forms
•Interpreted, evaluated and resolved in-person as well as telephone queries pertaining to HR Policies and Procedures.
•Assisted Payroll in processing final settlements.
•Document and track employee queries, coordinate appropriate responses and follow up to ensure employee satisfaction.
•Assist the HR Manager to define and set the objectives and KPIS for the Employee Relations and HR Service Centre teams. Coordinate and support staff in their Mid-Year appraisals
•Coordinate with the Excellence department to map employee’s objectives to the company’ strategic objectives.
• Executed all activities relating to retention and assisted in the prevention of Finance attrition
• Assessed and resolved issues in relation to service quality breaches, handled customer complaints prevent customer attrition by offering equity release options
• Facilitated the gathering of data and preparation of weekly and monthly MIS, to be used for the management’s monthly meetings
• Retained customers who had exceeded the Offer Letter Validity and retained 98% of the monthly expired offer letter cases
• Liaised between the various developers and clientele as a sole point of contact
