 Monitors and maintains the quality assurance database; develops, maintains quality control charts; prepares control limits and detection limits and prepares the daily related reports.

 Monitors and maintains the Primary Factory database on Navision, and prepare its daily reports.

 Control the maintenance of material safety data sheet (MSDS) records on chemicals and compounds used by Production, Maintenance or any other division.

 Review and confirm all artworks for new flavors or any adjustments on an existing one.
 Receive all new samples from suppliers and coordinate with QA Lab and QA Technician for analysis or preparation and maintain records.

 Follow up with QA Technicians for held items and to maintain the database updated.

 Works closely with QA Head to plan, schedule, and implement QA related activities.

 Coordinating with other departments for any quality related issues.

 New employee allocation in consultation with concerned Department Heads
