IBE CORPORATE offers coaching services in Executive Coaching, Team Empowerment, Learning and Development
Curriculums and Culture Change Intervention Programs.
Science Based adoptions and interventions are based on social psychology, positive psychology, applied behavior
analysis, organizational behavior management and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.

• Corporate: Improving sales, rebooting motivation and empowering group culture: A group pf 36 financial
advisors explored how do things run around our work environment? What are the core values and goals
in our corporate? How do we all think about gaps, meet around sociocracy circles to innovate solutions
that fall in agreement with everyone, disrupt the old patterns and achieve change? The group is currently
active in sociocracy circles exploring motivations and values, understanding client’s needs and
motivations, expanding skills in creativity, perseverance, curiosity, body language and solution brain
communication aiming to create new solutions for the future of financial advising. Primary feedback
includes boosted motivation and self-confidence, appreciation for thinking in circles, improved
perspective, and new courage. Project in progress…
• Schools: Using Formative and Informative Assessment to Empower Learning. A group 50 teachers from
PYP, MYP and High school engaged in 4 days of examining purpose, types and scientific applications of
assessment. They worked in inquiry circles to discover, analyze and study different types of assessment
and how it applies to their subjects, learners and grade levels. Participants Satisfaction Survey results were
90%. Project concluded Oct 2019.
Providing learning support services to mainstream elementary students (mental disorders, learning difficulties,
social and emotional difficulties.
Aligning Company Culture, Vision and Mission with Human Resource and other Departmental Objectives and
Assigning Key Performance Indicators, Activating Effective Consultation and Collaboration Tools, Selecting Teams,
Assigning Change Contingencies to Reinforce Successful Outcomes, Activating Competency Trainings to ensure
readiness of skills, Feedback and Performance Measures. ISO 9001:2008 achieved in 18 months.
Managing the Recruitment, Training, Personnel, Staff welfare, and Payroll sections of the Human Resources
department. Setting/creating salary structure in liaison with the finance department for 1500 staff, line managers,
general managers and executives. Defining line managers’ job descriptions/allocations.
Constructing and monitoring in collaboration with departmental managers the process and implementation of
the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance System.
Established all Human Resource Department sections. Designed/monitored a training department function with
a yearly training schedule. Selected assessment tools for technical staff. Created/tested 5 training manuals for
service and quality departments in collaboration with the technical department heads. Established the complete
Quality Control Manual.
IBE FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL THERAPY offered family culture therapy and coaching to 60 families and focused on family culture change, social, emotional and behavior dimensions to empower relationship dynamics, parental skills profile and improve family home management. Consultations are offered on individual or group level depending on therapy needs. All families were satisfied with change results and 75% of families are in continuous contact with IBE institute today and show interest in any service /course offered.
