Responsible for the general maintenance and repair of all equipment and in all areas of the
hotel facility under the guidance of shift supervisor
* Responsible for identifying, extracting and inputting all maintenance work in the Mini Maint
system and carrying out each task effectively and efficiently.
* Ensuring all areas is maintained to the high standard expected by our guests.
* To prioritize incoming work with safety and our guests comfort being attended to first.
* To advise Shift Supervisor of any concerns associated with your work schedule.
* To be proactive and enthusiastic in my job at all times.
* Night shift duty incharge responsible in the operation at night and reporting in the morning
briefing.
* Conducting fire pump testing of electrical and diesel pumps repair and maintenance.
* Generator testing making sure its working properly repair and maintenance.
* Main plant room operator checking of pumps, system, water quality, hot & cold water tanks,
calorifier, repair and maintenance.
* Boiler operator checking the water quality, chemical for the water treatment repair and
maintenance.
Works on maintenance request from all department
* Repair lath and plaster, interior plaster works, building partition, laying carpets, sheet vinyl
floor covering, mosaic floor tiles and quarry tiles
* Checking of all fire equipment, clean panel, boiler and assigned areas
* Recorded accurate pressure and temperatures on log sheets and maintain appropriate steam
pressure, fuel-air ration and water level in steam boiler for laundry
* Replace busted lights, unclogged plumbing pipes, repair leaking plumbing fixtures and
fittings
* Complete all the assignments assigned by shift engineer
* Attend to guest room maintenance request
* Clean air conditioner filters and drain pan
* Carry out concrete works like mixing concrete paving, laying concrete pad, surface finishes,
installing gypsum boards, acoustic ceilings and paving slabs
* Assisting the carpentry works and maintenance
* Perform works under normal and emergency conditions and when necessary
Performed a different activities related to bottling plant operation as repair and maintenance
of physical plant, equipment and machineries
* Maintained the list of material which is required for the repairing of different equipment in
the plant
