1. QAQC Plan: Prepare quality procedure, inspection and test plan checklist and documentation
2. Monitoring Site Progress and Conduct Free Inspection Prior for Submission of Request of Inspection Test Plan ( RFIT ) for Client Inspection Approval for electrical & ELV Activities whenever these are hold point or witness point
3. Field inspection for installation of the equipment/materials, documentation of field report, punch list for the complete works
4. Ensure that the materials receive during the construction phase are inspected for compliance to standards, code, specification and quality requirements
5. Materials quality control to make sure it conforms to the engineering standard, specification and codes
6. Supervision for the installation and testing fire alarm system, as per standard requirements
7. Inspection for the installation of electrical equipment such as motor controller, power lighting panels
8. in charge in all construction work specified in the approved plan
9. Site activities inspection and monitoring to ensure compliance with approved procedures, specification, industry standards and drawings

16. Issuance of NCR/SDR if non-compliance deviation from the standard for construction activities and materials
17. Review of site modification reports and work variation estimates
18. Ensure that project construction activities are constructed in accordance with the project specification and with quality systems
19. Maintain log registered and discuss discrepancies violation of the standards with section in charge and issue notification to the concerned contractor for corrective action as and when necessary
20. Follow up and rectify discrepancies notified for remedial action including documentation
21. Documented all testing activities and test report filed for record reference.

2. Responsible for the installation of CCTV Camera, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, Audio Visual System, Public Address, TV Signal Amplifier
3. Maintenance and Repair the devices such as CCTV Camera, lighting control system, IP Telephony, Fire Alarm Systems, master Clock, Public Address ( PAVA), Access Control System (ACS) Audio visual System (AV), signal amplifier, gate barrier, piping, cabling.
