Barista... Assisting customer.preparing starbucks drinks according to SOP, Serving and preparing orders such as sandwich and bakeries
* Responsible for store operation, Heading the team and supervise them in all areas ensuring that they undergo the standard operating procedure.
* Introduced the concept of customized coffee cup, wherein the customer gets preference starting from their wants of coffee bean to cup.
* Consider also as a head barista, that are more knowledge on all the products we sell such as bakeries, grab n’go items, beans, hot drinks such as, latte, espresso, mocha, specialty drinks, cold drinks both ice and blended, includes milkshakes and especially the promotional drinks .
*Make coffee using a number of brewing methods,
* I am responsible to train new team members on how to make drinks and make them productive .
* Also tasked in providing excellent service.Ensuring the high quality standard of espresso by calibrating machines.
* Maintain the product freshness policy and quality that called FIFO, also checking expiration, .Monitor wastage and consumption.
* Knowledge on how to handle guest complain, by using of LEAP method, also Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness not only in bar, but in all areas that used in operations.
* The one who is responsible also for warehouse order, estimating stocks for operation, making and sending daily sales for the management and reporting to managers.
*The one who is responsible on taking and making customers orders in rooms and lobby, room service delivery, Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness, checking of availability of goods, ordering goods, inventory and reports.
*Maintain cleanliness of bar counter. and adequate stock of material at coffee bar.
*Knowledge how to make hot drinks latte, mocha, hot chocolate, also cold
drinks like mocha, cold drinks, juices, tea, variety sandwiches,
* Learned on setting up tables, table arrangement.
Promotes and sells the product includes making sales.
Educate customer to buy the product, concience them throug selling techniques.
