Job Responsibilities:
Provides financial information to Kuwait Regional Finance Office by analyzing and recording transactions in SAP Access SKEC Overseas Financial.
Job Duties:
• Prepares monthly Trial Balance and Balance Sheet.
• Prepares monthly cash and advance payment reconciliations.
• Prepares monthly Fixed Asset reconciliation.
• Prepares monthly Korean Motivation Allowances and Advance Salary
• Recording and posting Employee Leave & Indemnities.
• Recording Operating Expenses and Accounts Payable.
• Recording unlisted asset.
• Handling of Cash transactions for CFP funds.
• Prepares New Account opening applications for Salary Bank Transfer.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides financial information to Chief Accountant by analyzing and recording accounting data.
Job Duties:
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by gathering and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information in SAP.
• Preparing reconciliation of Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Operational expenses, Income Statement and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information and prepares adjusting journal entries.
• Prepares monthly Payroll for Transport Division employees.
• Monitoring inventory transactions in producing Trailer Truck attachment such as Box, Container, High/Low Bed and Dumper. Preparing journal entries for Material used, Direct Labors and Manufacturing Overhead for each Job Order. And, reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
• Forecast monthly Budget for Operational Expenses which includes Cash to be funded, Fixed Asset repair & maintenance and Payments to Suppliers.
• Data integration from ERP to SAP accounting system.
Provides Audit Reports to Internal Audit Manager by conducting Operational Audit and System & Compliance Audit to add value and enhance improvement.
Job Duties:
Receives the audit program/schedule and conduct branch audits.
Follows the prescribed audit program and procedures.
Interviews appropriate personnel.
Accumulates, verifies and analyzes available data, observes actual practices and identifies existing or potential problem areas.
Identifies possible causes or contributing factors relating to problems.
Designs and coordinates tentative solutions with supervisor and recommends the best approach for improvement.
Prepares audit report detailing findings and recommendations.
Coordinate and make closure on audit findings noted.
Conduct follow-up audit if necessary.
Conduct special audits.
Assembles and maintains working papers in the prescribed format.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by higher management.
