Sales Associate Cum Visual merchandiser.
Ensure that the look of the store reflects the brand image
Performs appropriate display and merchandising, replenishment to enhance the store image including dressing up the mannequins.
Responsible in displaying new product launches
Create visual displays based on brand guidelines to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the items and mannequins
Responsible in handling all shop cash transactions, provide customer service and also act as a relief sales associate to ensure prompt and courteous service to customers
Prepares cash receipts for bank deposits, daily cash reports, and balances the cash drawer
Reconciles cash and credit card receipts daily, investigates and resolves any out-balance problems
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Greeting the customer, attending to their needs, and building a loyal customer base for the store
Meeting set sales targets by maintaining a solid product knowledge; using add on selling techniques
Give accurate and current information about the product about the inquiries; if the correct information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer before the customer leaves the store
Increase the customer base by adding new customers to the mailing list
Check the stock daily to ensure that products are adequately stocked and available in every customer
Ensures All merchandise is neatly folded and arranged in the correct order
Practice security measures that help prevent theft and understand the procedures for handling shoplifters
