* Receives the orders from the customers and enters them in the ERP sytem (SAP and PREMYSIS software)
* Sends quotations to the customers and provides updates regarding their orders
* Follows up with the warehouse to ensure that the ordered units are supplied to the customer
* Ensures that all necessary information are accurate before sending order requests to the billing team.
* Monitors the volume for new orders and backlogs to ensure that these are processed in timely manner
* Sends weekly report to Project/Sales Managers of the expected incoming orders and backlogs
* Attends meetings and coordinates with Project/Sales managers to analyze and come up with decision on how to deal with the expected incoming orders and backlogs
* Generates monthly performance report to the team
* Attends meetings and seminars regarding process updates
As a student in this University I learned a lot especially with the different software and hardware. Also, this Institution has trained me to work independently which is one of the essential factors that one should possess in the corporate world.
