RESPONSIBILITIES
•Carry out the inspection as per approved (ITP) Liaise with the client and contractor for all related Quality and Inspection.
•Review company Specification, Drawings, Method Statements, QC Procedure & Inspection Test Plan, Maintain daily reports and log daily activities.

•Take surveillance of backfilling if required depth is being followed, Assure correction of soil materials type A & B and no decomposing material are mixed.
•Ensure the contractor are generating and providing the required QC Documentation on timely basis.
•Monitor, Review and approved Quality Control Documentation progressively complied during the project to ensure that all activities are being recorded and reported as required.
•Attend witness and hold point identified in the concrete Quality checking slump, temperature, delivery times, design mix and if concrete are poured with the allotted time.
•Post concrete Inspections, checked formworks removal, curing, check honeycomb and cracks.
•Witness of all inspection activities for Civil Construction such as reinforcement installation, concreting works, general earth filling, Grouting & Asphalt Paving activities as per (SAES).
•Initiate issuance of NCR for Non-Conforming activities and follow up for the close out.
•Pre-Structure Inspection prior to concreting check steel bars arrangement, size, spacing as per drawing plans formworks integrity and strength dimensional checking, check and review survey, cleanliness, check embedded items such as anchor bolts, base plates as shown on drawings.
•Monitoring applications of Underground and Above Ground Concrete Protections System as per Drawings and Technical Specification / Aramco Standards.
•Coordinate with Independent Test Laboratory on daily basis to conduct the field Laboratory Test in time.
•Witness / Monitoring of survey activities.
•Carry out inspection of excavation and stage wise earth backfilling witness the soil compaction test for each layer of backfilling as per contract requirements.
•Renew of Concrete Mix Design for Concreting with Project Specification and witness Trial Mix.
•Supervise and Witness the compressive Strength Test of concrete cube according to BS Standards.
•Witness all Laboratory Testing of Soil according to ASTM Standards namely, Moisture Content, Atterberg Limits, and Grain Size Distribution and Plasticity Index.
•Check and Monitor the design strength slump, concrete temperature etc. of concrete deliveries on the project site prior to concrete pouring.
•Conduct all works activities in a Safe and Environmentally Responsible Manner at all times by not taking on any Task that are received as Unsafe Complies with the QHSE Management System and report all incidents.
•Preparation of Final Documentations for the project completion Dossier.
•Support the Project Management Team and QA/ QC Manager.
