DUTIES:
• Taking off quantities from electrical drawings, single line diagrams, cable schedules, and specifications to produce project progress tracking sheets
• Understanding the bill of materials, cost data, and vendor quotations to prepare procurement lists
• Responsible for writing detailed reports, site sheets, man-hour schedules, rates of productivity, network bookings, and compiled man-power allocation through tabular data, graphs and S-curves for the project team and client
• Coordinating with site supervisors and foremen to track the actual against planned measurements, lengths, and numbers of cables, cable trays, E&I equipment, consumables, etc.
• Liaising with quantity surveyors from the commercial department to clarify technical queries and updates of on-site work progress.

• Retrieving drawings, SLDs, typical installation standards, and electrical layouts from DDMS as needed by the construction team and communicating with the engineering design team other items as required.

• Researched & created the bulk of electrical equipment commissioning documents directly under the commissioning manager; which now presently serve as the standard template.
