• Review and assess Consultant's claims on variation and recommend to Client for approval.
• Maintain a monthly updated project overall budget and expenditures. Prepare monthly cost report to be included in the overall project periodical report.
• Attend commercial meetings. Prepare commercial correspondence.
• Prepares final account of finished contracts.
• Communicates effectively with clients, as and when required.
