*Tracks delivery documents and resolves
invoice issues.
*Coordinates with inter-department
sections to procure documents needed
during the operation.
*Responsible for encoding all invoice
transactions from the previous delivery
up to present.
*Monitor and verify order listings to avoid
excessive items to be prepared for
delivery.
*Maintains filing systems including
delivery requests, billings and other
delivery documents for traceability and
record keeping.
*Responding to customer queries in a
timely and accurate way, via phone, email
or chat.
*Updating and managing medical records,
and providing support to medical staff.
*Generate letter of authorization for
outpatient and inpatient care .
*Interview patients and recording their
medical histories.
*Coordinates with inter-department
sections to procure documents needed
during the operation.
*Bathe and dress patients, serve meals and
help patients eat and take vital signs.
*Collect information about conditions and
treatment plans from caregivers, nurses
and doctors.
*Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam
tables, etc.
*Answer patient calls.
*Examine patients for bruises, blood in
urine or other injuries/wounds.
*Clean and sanitize patient areas.
*Change bed sheets and restock rooms with
necessary supplies.
*Turn or reposition patients who are
bedridden and provide and empty bedpans.
*Greeting customers, responding to
questions, improving engagement with
merchandise and providing outstanding
customer service.
*Operating cash registers, managing
financial transactions, and balancing
drawers.
*Introducing promotions and
opportunities to customers.
*Maintaining an orderly appearance
throughout the sales floor.
