My role is to assist all retailers who are currently carrying all the products that we are distributing within the UAE and train retailers on the products and keep them up to date on the product. Furthermore I collect all the sales data and provide periodic reports to mid and upper management. I also monitor monthly sellouts and stock movement of the products that we carry.
I work as an In-store sales Consultant for Dockers UAE. My role is to assist customers based on their requirement and see that they have got what they are looking for. I am also responsible for stock maintenance and handling the daily paperwork of the store.
My Role was to assist the customers over the phone make online hotle booking when requested by the customer and provide them with the necessary e-documents for their hotel accomodation. Also when needed to change guest booking and inform the necessary department of the changes. Also to handle customer complaints over the phone and via email and all complaints needed to be complete within 15 working days from the submitted date.
As a Customer Service Executive my role was to handle all customer queries regading billing issues such address changes, disconnection and reconnection of customer lines and complaints.
My role was to handle all inbound calls from the UK and process customer certificates of interest adn balance for private bank accounts for their financial year.
