Handling the engineering works as External static pressure of all AHU`s, FAHU`s, HRU`s
and FCU`s & Pumps head losses calculations of the Chilled water system water cooled
type of total 15, 000 RT.
Initiate / prepare Engineering Shop Drawings/Material submittals, Vendor approvals,
RFI's and Method Statement etc.
2.Swaber#5 Tower (Commercial building in Sharq):
Executing and erections of DX systems, HRU, Smoke ventilation for the tower.
Initiate / prepare Engineering Shop Drawings/Material submittals, Vendor approvals,
RFI's and Method Statement etc.
Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the enquiries for
subcontract Works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.
Obtaining the KFD approval on the smoke ventilation drawings and fans.
3.Rasco Residential Towers (Residential buildings in Salmyia):
Executing and erections for DX systems, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems for
Residential Building.
Initiate / prepare Engineering Shop drawings /Material submittals, Vendor approvals,
RFI's and Method Statement etc.
Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the enquiries for
subcontract Works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.
Coordinating and monitoring of all sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the quality
of the work is in full compliance to the specification and international codes.
4.Minni Bounce-Avenus-PH01, Kuwait - Mechanical works.
5.Physiotherapy department project at Al-Salam hospital- Ahmadi
6.HVAC system retrofit phase 01- VOX Cinema, the grand avenue, Kuwait
7.Two villas at Dahyiet Abdullah Al Salem (Dana villa and Ahmed Al Furaih
villa), Kuwait - Mechanical works
8.HVAC system (DX or Chilled water) designing for several types of
buildings as per the MEW R6- 2018 inline with ASHRAE standards
including:
Commercial, residential, health care, show rooms, banks, Ware houses,
kitchens, etc.

 Design Review of HVAC systems.
 Schematic design, design development, final design and Shop Drawings preparation.
 Design criteria and calculation reports preparation.
 Heating and Cooling Load Calculations, following “ASHRAE” Standards using HAP.
 Water thermal energy storage design.
 Heat Recovery use.
 Operation theater HVAC system design.
 Isolation rooms AII/PE HVAC system design.
 System Air balancing and pressurization.
 Kitchen and laundry HVAC system design.
 Car Parking ventilation and fresh air system Designing.
 Staircase pressurization system Designing.
 Smoke ventilation system design.
 Cold stores refrigeration system design.
 Prepare Equipment’s Schedule (Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, AHRU’s, HRU’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Fans, CRAC Units, Heat Exchangers, Expansion Tanks, Air separators, Water Treatment units and Terminal Boxes )
 Chiller Plant Sizing (District cooling plant & Central chiller plant).
 Duct Designing & Air Distribution System following “SMACNA” Standards.
 ESP Calculations for Fans& Blowers.
 Chilled water pipe sizing, Pump Head calculations.
 MEW Calculations for obtaining Authorities approval.
 Material submittal preparation for AHUs, HRUs, FCUs, Fans, Pumps.
 Smoke system KFD Authorities approval for Emergency Car park, Physiotherapy Car park, Strategic stores, Administration Building.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Designing for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
 Designing for residential and commercial water supply, drainage and firefighting systems.
 Supervision for HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems.
 Responsible for quote, co-ordinate MEP works, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals to approve as per contract, specs, drawings and BOQ requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Executing and erections for Central Chilled water system, Central mechanical ventilation, Fire Fighting
and Plumbing Systems for High RiseBuilding.
 TAB (Testing, Adjusting and Balancing) for all erected machines.
 Initiate / prepare Engineering /Material submittals, Vendor approvals, RFI’s /ITP’s/
Method Statement etc.
 Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the enquiries for subcontract
Works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications anddrawings.
 Coordinating and monitoring of all sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the
quality of the work is in full compliance to the specification and international codes.

 Infrastructure works include Installations the four networks (potable water, irrigation, sewerage and storm systems).
 Plumbing works (Water supply & Drainage systems).
 Testing of each system (gravity test and leakagetest).
 Builder works (sleeves for HVAC systems).
 Water reuse tanks (storm water to use in irrigation).
