-Responsible for all IT projects ( infrastructure, Servers, Switches )
-Installing and administrate and troubleshoot ( HW / SW ) for all servers in Kraft 5 sites ( win 2003 and win 2008 and win 2012 environment )
-Administrate and manage Active Directory objects ( Email Groups, Security Groups, users, computer )
-Administrate the Backup jobs and restore by using EMC networker for all Sites
-Responsible for the SCCM profile and Deploying the Software
-Responsible for the PolyCom Video conference equipment 5 sites ( installation and administration )
-Responsible for the Tele Presence Cisco equipment ( installation and Administration )
-Responsible for all the communication Lines ( Microwave, Local Loop, E1, ADSL, PRI ) for all site
-Administrate the Routers and Core switches and Edge switches.
-Administrate the VOIP system ( 2 Call Manager, Unity, Personal communicator, IP Phone creation )
-Prepare required reports including work related achievements, progress and other related issues to monitor assigned activities.
-Lead the onsite Xerox team to make the (printing, scanning and copying) work smoothly.

-Responsible for two Cadbury Sites ( Head office & Sales Office )
-Troubleshooting, Administrating and Supporting Windows 2003 Server network environment.
-Daily backup Using Symantec Backup Exec server (V 12) and restore jobs.
-First line support for the users ( taking the call, log it, and work to solve it )
-Supporting PCs (desktop/laptop), Printers, Scanners, projectors
-Team member of implement the new IP Phone system Servers
-Deploy and Create the IP phones accounts
-Administrate the Packet shaper
-Monitor and Responsible for the communication line ( E1, ADSL )
-Prepare required reports including work related achievements, progress and other related issues to monitor assigned activities.
-Contacting with all hardware and software vendors and services providers.

•Apply as First point of contact for users.
•Supporting Users in HQ. (OS XP W2K, Louts Notes, MS Office).
•Managing HQ & Branches Objects in active directory (Users, Computers and OUs).
•Support business users in solving technical problems, and work with other global teams if required.
•Manage, coordinate and resolve Incidents as quickly as possible.
•Account for all the IT assets and configurations within the organization.
•Contact suppliers for maintenance activities and purchasing items.
•Installing, configuring and rebuilding networking environment.
