• Forged a strong and trusting team spirit, amongst his own team and Client staff.
• Developed and implemented governance to operate the PMO.
• Manage the production of the monthly focussed progress reports to the different client bodies, produced from progress information obtained from some 109 projects.
• Managed the continual improvement of the suite of Capital Procedures and conducted regular training and procedure update presentations to the Client staff and external project teams.
• Designed, planned and executed the implementation of Oracle ERP system.
• Managed external auditing of ADACH by the ADAA and Deloitte.

• Joined a disjointed project team that was not delivering the project to the Clients Requirements both in terms of Design but also to time and cost.
• Introduced numerous control measures to ensure consultants and contractor met their responsibilities under the contract and in line with the schedule.
• Monitored the delivery of these agreed items.
• Managed the decisions required sche3dule to ensure consultant/contractors had the information required provided in a timeous manner.
• Reviewed the user specification and designs with the Client, advising on Change Control, Budgeting and Planning.
• Prepared reports on a monthly basis to inform the Client of the status of the project in terms of programme, cost, changes and risks and issues.
• Advise Client on all changes raised by the Client and those raised by the project team.
• Provided contractual advice to the Client during disputes with contractors.
