• Mechanical Senior Technical Engineer for the
EPC of Saudi Aramco Industrial facilities &

• Responsible for the design of mechanical
services for the design and build of facilities &

Perform reviews of Fire Protection system
design Code Compliance, Building Code
Analysis, Occupancy Classification, in
accordance with Saudi Building Code, NFPA
and Aramco Standards calculation method
using fire elite software.
Perform reviews of hydraulic calculations
report, required minimum pressure of the
farthest sprinkler and the highest fire water
demand, water storage tank capacity, and
pumps type selection.
Perform reviews of sprinkler layout, fire pumps
layout and firewater piping layout including
it associated ancillaries.
• Piping & Plumbing system
Perform calculation reviews of hot water and
cold potable water pumps capacity, head, and
pump selections.
• Perform checking, updating, and revising
mechanical system design in accordance with
the customer’s standards and procedures as
they pertain to the different phases of design
and construction work of the project,
preliminary and final design, and other
documents for completeness and
constructability.
• Perform reviews of construction technical
submittals, such as shop drawings and materials
submittals.
• Assists Site Engineers in solving technical
problems to facilitate appropriate solutions.
• Supports the QC Engineers in inspections and
acquiring necessary documents and approval
from the client and consultant for HVAC,
Plumbing and Fire Protection materials
required for site implementation.
• Conduct site visits and inspection to ensure
that mechanical systems are installed and
functioning correctly.
• Supports the Commissioning Department on-
site acceptance of Testing and Commissioning
of the mechanical system:
HVAC - Cooling towers, Chillers, AHU, FCU &
Computer Rooms AC (CRAC), duct leak test,
air, & water balancing.
Fire water, potable piping/plumbing network,
water booster/lift pumps, chw pumps, fire &
Jockey pumps.
• Perform closing punch list items and Project
Mechanical Completion Certificate (PMCC)
Aramco comments for HVAC, Plumbing and
Fire Protection systems for easy hand over of
project.
• Mechanical Lead Engineer for the Project
Support to the FEED and Detailed Design of the
Casting and Forging Plant, a Dussur Project
that will be constructed in Jubail Saudi Arabia.
• Prepares and reviews HVAC, Plumbing and Fire
Protection system design drawings,

Piping Engineer - Mechanical Systems, and Utilities (Engineering / Construction)
• Assigned to the fast-track construction project mechanical works, manage the close monitoring and inspections on-site installation works for the mechanical utility systems water piping infrastructure such as raw water, potable water, sanitary water, storm water and fire water piping systems. Conducts inspection on all mechanical utility systems installation works to verify and enssure compliance with the IFC drawings, specifications, and standards. Provides a list of construction works comments to rectify and to complete works.
• Witnesses, approve and accept the testing and the commissioning works for the mechanical utility systems, supply water and sanitary systems piping infrastructure, includes booster pumps stations and lift stations.
• Close monitoring and guidance in clearing Operations and Maintenance Mechanical Completion punch items to ensure timely hand-over of construction works.
• Carry out the QA/QC of P&ID, PFD, plot plan, piping layouts, isometrics, piping and equipment/materials specifications, design calculations, safety instruction sheet, quantity take-off and utilizing intergraph microstation. Engineering works for the compliance with client’s standards and latest industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, NFPA, etc., including CADD works on various petrochemicals, oil & gas, industrial infrastructure & Saudi Aramco general engineering services contract projects.
• Scope Development - Review the project specifications and procedures, evaluate the mechanical submittals, checking the shop drawings, calculations, materials, and quantity take-off.
• Tendering - Make a request for quotation and comparison of bids.
• Implementation - Project plan implementation, conduct inspection/checking of works for the compliance with client’s standards/latest industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, UPC/IPC.

• Provides technical proposals and conceptual designs. Prepares bill of materials/quantities, cost estimates, materials purchase orders requisitions, coordination to the suppliers and vendors.

• Witnesses hydro-testing, equipment testing, NDT liquid dye penetrant testing & assist in testing & commissioning works.

• Provides utility water piping, isometric, detail drawings, shop drawings of storage tanks, access platforms, valves cluster arrangement and equipment skid. Prepares technical specifications for piping materials and inline components.
• Prepares and ensures correctness and complete complex 3D piping model drawings of the process plant system piping.
• Update and complete as-built plans/drawings and manuals documentation of the project.
• Peform conceptual and detailed piping design, process and utility piping, PFD, P&ID, equipment layout. Provides technical specifications of the plant piping systems, associated, valves, and other inline appurtenances.
• Prepares design of the process equipment clean in place (CIP) piping. 3D piping layout and isometrics, shop drawings of the storage tanks/silo, equipment platforms, skid, valves cluster arrangement for fabrication. Conduct site visits at projects site and fabrication area for inspection, to check contractor works. Prepares and makes as-built plans/drawings.
• Assists Senior Engineers and Architects in the preparation of the design plans. Prepares fully detailed working drawings at an appropriate scale including plan, elevations, sections, other details enable the project to be tendered & constructed.
• Prepares the advance bill of materials, erection plans/drawings in compliance with U.S standard connection details (California Standard). Calculations of connections details based on U.S standard connection details for steel beams, steel columns, cross braces, and miscellaneous steel structures for fabrication. Prepares collation details (plate connection details). Updates and modifies shop drawings as per checker and approver comments. Performs detailing in commercial and school building steel structures detailing projects.
• Carry out design plans/drawings works for the Globe and Smart Cell Sites projects, design plans/drawings for telecommunications facilities such as equipment layout, power and lighting layout, single line diagram, tower erection, site development plan, vicinity map and perspective plans. Prepare and make as-built plans/drawings.
• Conducts field surveys, sketching, data gathering and prepares preliminary drawings for the existing project, space planning and design for interior and office layout to be presented to the clients.
• Prepares plan and perspective drawings. 3D CAD modeling and perspective for project proposals. Provides 3D rendered drawings.
• Carry out design/drafting works for electro-mechanical construction works engaged in industrial plant, power plant & telecommunications projects. Prepares 2D, 3D, isometric & perspective drawings. Provides, revises the necessary drawings/design for the projects i.e. mechanical, electrical, structural, detailed design drawings & as-built drawings/plans.
