-Maintenance and repair all controller on Heating ventallation and airconditioning, Variable frequency Drive, motorized damper, Direct digital controller.motorized damper, motorized actuator valve.
-Plans daily work
- Give daily plans of work to the technician
- Requisition of material
- Making daily reports to the manager regarding works
- Planning equipment preventive maintenance
- Provide training to maintenance staff
- Machine set up like tetrapack machine, rotary oven, automatic buns machine, dough mixing machine, sealer machine, metal detector machine.
- Installation new piping, deep well pump, reverse osmosis plant and water treatment plant.
1 Assemble, Design, modification, and troubleshooting motor controlled devices.
2 Knowledge interpreting electrical controls and diagram.
3 Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction of this following unit; Centralized air handling unit, A/C Package, chilled water pumps, sewage treatment plant, electrical distribution panel, electrical substation.
4 Plans direct and records periodic preventive maintenance and recommends or initiates modifications or replacement of which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
5 Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedure and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work
5 Give the technician daily instructions as per the work plan.
6 Assist the technical office manager in preparation of method statements related to electrical works.
