Position: Lead Civil Engineer
• Prepare Work Inspection Requests for all the works/activities requiring inspection by the
Engineer’s
• Arrange 3rd
party Independent laboratory technician to the site for all compaction testing of fill
material and concrete checking and sampling.
• Arrange all cube samples for 7 days and 28 days and other construction materials to be
tested by approved 3rd
party independent laboratory as mentioned in the Specification and as
required by the Consultant
• Ensure that all apparatus and instruments used on-site have a valid calibration certificate
• Inspect all Material deliveries on-site compliance to approved Material Submittals and
Specification and ensuring proper storage
• Visually and physically checked all parameters of concrete ready mixed delivery to the site
prior to pouring concrete on structures of the building. Taking care as well for the curing of
cube samples
• Prepare a Method Statement for all the works/activities and submit it to the Engineer for
review and approval prior to commencing/execution of all scope of works related to the
project.
• Attend Site Inspections together with the Consultant Engineer and Subcontractors and
whatever comments by the Consultant it has to be rectified or comply.
• See to it that all workers working on site are following safety rules and regulations if any
unsafe act found photos were being taken and reported it to the Safety Site Manager for his
immediate action to avoid accidents or incidents.

Construction Supervision, inspection, testing of site activities, checking of all technical submittals, reporting, surveillance, issuing NCR, and site observation to all works violations against specification, standards, IFC drawings, shop drawings, MS. against safety rules and regulation, etc.
