• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

HR Role
• Manage all the recruitment transactional processes (cycles) for specifically allocated vacancies including:
• Receive recruitment requests from line managers of each department and outlet.
• To ensure the requested is for the appointment of a new hire or is it replacement a resigned employee.
• Budgeting, Posting the Job vacancies required with the approved Job description using indeed, gulf talent, and other source.
• Follow up the agency for new Applicants.
• Responsible to arranged the first and final Interviews and to sit in with the concerned person during the technical interviews.
• To ensure to completed all the necessary Documents from the newly hired.
• To arranged the Training for the new hire as required. And to arranged for the Company Accommodation and Coordinate with the Camp boss.
• Mobilization and Onboarding Overseas, Booking QVC Appointment and tracking the status from MOI and QVC status.
• Daily Monitoring staff details Local and Overseas.
• Handle the probation period evaluation of the new joiners by coordination with the line manager or supervisor.
