Duties:
Construction Supervision and Management:
• Plan and coordinate the construction activities to achieve the construction requirements, so to ensure that the project completion will be in accordance with safety, quality, codes/standard, project specifications, schedule, budget and other requirements.
• Ensure that all Civil sub-contractors supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy, site regulations, permit to work, and Client requirements.
• Ensure that Civil sub-contractors working adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s), Method Statement Procedures, Site Instructions and complete their work in accordance with the project schedules & budget.
• Informed the Planning Division on specific areas where the programme needs to be adjusted in accordance with site conditions.
• Liaise with engineering procurement, logistic, and project management with a view to supporting and optimizing the overall site construction effort.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact construction progress, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommended actions.

Quality Control:
