Responsibilities:
Assigned in civil works and structural works of Wheel and Terminal Building for bored pilling, mass concrete foundations, ground beam, post tension of beam, other concreting works, Steel Structure Erection, excavation, backfilling, installation & tensioning of Wheel spoke cables, and coordination for the preparation of Spare Parts List, Operation & Maintenance Manual, and Commissioning for Wheel.

Duties:
Construction Supervision and Management:
• Plan and coordinate the construction activities to achieve the construction requirements, so to ensure that the project completion will be in accordance with safety, quality, codes/standard, project specifications, schedule, budget and other requirements.
• Ensure that all Civil sub-contractors supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy, site regulations, permit to work, and Client requirements.
• Ensure that Civil sub-contractors working adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s), Method Statement Procedures, Site Instructions and complete their work in accordance with the project schedules & budget.
• Informed the Planning Division on specific areas where the programme needs to be adjusted in accordance with site conditions.
• Liaise with engineering procurement, logistic, and project management with a view to supporting and optimizing the overall site construction effort.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact construction progress, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Coordinate with client representatives to resolve punch list issues, schedule and conduct punch walk-thru, and ensure all punch list items are complete and rectified to the customer’s satisfaction.

Technical Office Engineering:
• Review, check and coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and independent engineers for the preparation and submission of Construction Drawings, Material Approvals, Method Statement and Risk Assessment, Request for Information (RFI), and other requirements of various construction activities.

Quality Control:
• Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process, and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with design and specifications.
• Monitor and assess construction activities to ensure they align with the approved plans and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with sub-contractors, consultants, and independent engineers to address quality related issues.

Quantity Surveying:
• Ensures that fully aware of any field change design during the construction stage, which will result in changes in Bill of Quantities, items, and figures.
• Evaluating the sub-contractors' monthly claims.

Commissioning:
• Coordinate with the Vendors, Consultants, and Independent Engineers for the preparation and approval of Wheel subsystems Spare Parts list, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, and Site Acceptance Test. Checked and Ensures that the preparation of End to End Safety Function checklist will comply with the Safety Requirements Specification, and System Level HAZID (Hazard Identification).

Design and Construction of Third Laning of the Main Road Section 2 (From Palace R/A to Bait Al Barka R/A), Muscat, Oman
Project cost: 60 Million USD
Six-lane motorway, three lanes on each side (about 10 km) with Street Lights and Road Signs, several under pass (1barrel~14barrels), storm drainage, cross drain box culverts & pipe culverts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Construction Supervision and Management:
• Overlook the whole project execution and assist the Project Manager in Planning the project and ensure the work meets the latest approved drawings, project specifications, budgets, and/or timescales, and oversees construction work.
• Ensures the project achieves its objectives in respect of Safety, Quality, Cost, and schedule.
• Supervising and controlling the execution of the technical functions of the project.
• Monitor the productivity and technical proficiency of assigned personnel.
• Proactively intervene to prevent delay and disruption; provide solutions to site coordination issues; Keep comprehensive records of work done, and liaise with the Planning Department to monitor progress and notify the Project Manager of any potential delays.

Technical Engineering:
• Check and Coordinate with design teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and co-ordination with the Design Section and Supervising Consultant.
• Check and review the preparation of construction drawings, method statements and risk assessment.
• Check and review the preparation of technical and material submittals as well as the supplier capability.
• Study, define quantities, request quotations, and prepare comparison sheets for materials to be incorporated in the Project.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyors for payment appreciation and change orders.
• Raise “Request For Information” (RFI) to designers and consultant for any technical issues.
• Communicate with the Laboratory on required testing and test results of the work done.

Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project (RRE)-Takreer, Ruwais, UAE
Project cost: 2.17 Billion USD
The project involves the construction of crude distillation and downstream units with a capacity of 2.25 billion cubic feet per day. The project also includes Hydrogen production unit (HDU), Benzene reduction unit (BRU), Amine regeneration unit (ARU), Sour water stripper (SWS), Sulphur recovery unit (SRU), Tail gas treating unit (TGTU) and Associated facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Working in construction department and assigned in civil works for bored pilling, concrete foundations (pipe rack, vessels, equipments & tankage), concrete pavement, excavation and backfilling.

Control the subcontractors of Civil works. Ensure that Civil sub-contractors working adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures Site Instructions and complete their work in accordance with the project schedule.

Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders. Review and check the submitted Method statement.

Nakilat Ship Repair Yard Project-Qatar Petroleum, Ras Laffan, Qatar
Project cost: 600 Million USD
- Two VLCC-size dry docks (360m x 66m, 400m x 80m)
- Piers and quays totaling 3, 150m in length, equipped with 15 cranes of varying capacities (30, 50 and 100-tonne)
- Steel workshop, mechanical workshop, electrical & instrumentation workshop, pipe workshop, cryogenic cleanrooms and a large warehouse

Duties & Responsibilities:
Working in QA/QC department and assigned in the fabrication of Caisson & Fender Panel and laying of Caisson in the sea bed.

Determine the degree of conformance in the construction or Client specifications. Performs inspection of various project activities; Generates reports of conditions found during inspection activities; Notifies management of significant problems; Completes documentation to attest to the satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities. Ensuring that fully aware of the daily construction programmed and attend all inspection points in a timely manner and record the results of inspections correctly on the appropriate forms. Review technical documents, datasheets, test reports, Certificates, ITP, Method Statement & approved drawings issued for construction. Maintain quality records such as logbook of the work performed, QA/QC weekly report, Internal inspection report, Non-conformance report (NCR), Design change request (DCR). Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices and study the detailed potential problems for an early solution. Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in the area of responsibility where discrepancies remain uncorrected. Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as needed. Maintain a record of internal non-conformances and conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure satisfactory corrective and preventive actions are taken. Coordinate timely completion of corrective and preventive actions on NCRs and Customer Complaints raised. Verify, check and monitor all test records related to Construction in the Laboratory. Communicate effectively with clients when required.

East-West Motorway Construction Project (Eastern Lot), Annaba, Algeria

Six-lane motorway with three lanes on each side (about 400 km), six tunnels (about 9.4 km), 43 mainline bridges, 88 overpasses, 109 underpasses

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assigned to the Structure Division as Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor for the construction of Bridges, Underpass, Box culverts & Pipe Culverts.

Manage the functions concerning the progress of construction projects which included the preparation of monthly bill of quantities (BOQ) for claims, weekly progress report for project status, and evaluating the sub-contractors' monthly claims. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the approved design and construction drawings. Ensures that fully aware of any field change design during the construction stage, which will result in changes in Bill of Quantities, items, and figures. Attend internal daily meetings with construction personnel to monitor and aware for the daily activities and daily progress.

Rabigh Olefin Plant Project (ROPP)

Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Plant Project, (Joint Venture of Saudi Aramco & Sumitomo Chemical), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Duties & Responsibilities:
Work as ONE TEAM with JGC (Japan Gas Corporation) for the Quality Control/ Quality Assurance of the project. Assigned in HOFCC & TANKAGE Area for Bored Pilling, Concrete Structures Foundations, Concrete Paving, & Grouting.

Ensures that site is ready for inspection and all works complies to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard, specifications and drawings. And if satisfactory will send the Request For Inspection (RFI) form to the COMPANY for inspection and approval. Perform Hold, Witness and Surveillance inspections for construction works to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard and project Specifications. Inspect materials as applicable to ensures compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at construction sites. Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices and report to supervisor the detailed potential problems for early solution. Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Deficiency Reports (DR) as needed. Ensuring that fully aware of the daily construction programmed. Maintain surveillance of the condition of the emplacement and the placing, distribution, compaction and protection of the concrete.

Nine (9) Bridges for New Construction with piles foundation, eight (8) Bridges for Widening, eight (8) Bridges for repairs, Box culverts, Pipe culverts, Slope Protections & 13.74 k.m Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop the construction strategy and procedures, logistics, and planning. Be fully familiar with contract requirements, company policy, and project specifications to ensure that the requirements relating to the project are fully implemented. Ensures the project achieves its objectives in respect of Safety, Quality, Cost, and schedule. Maintain effective communication and coordination between construction teams, client, and sub-contractors. Ensures that approved drawings are available to all concerns & ensures that all works are in accordance with the latest approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Communicates and discussed with the client representatives for technical clarifications and queries in the drawings, specification & site condition.

Leading, handling and monitoring the performance of Sub Contractors, Site Engineers, and Workers. Responsible for manpower resource allocation and utilization on construction projects to ensure productivity is achieved on each project. Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site. Acting as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, site engineers, and workers. Meeting with site engineers, subcontractors, and clients on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.

Four (4) Bridges in spread footings foundations it includes two (2) Post-tension girder and two (2) steel girder.
