OSD / Office Planning Design & Projects Division manages and plans office space assignments.

• Conducting office occupant survey.
• Accommodating users Office Space Requests (submitted on-line, through our web-site).
• Designing office space layouts and engineering drawings.
• Providing office furniture, via on-line request system at our web-site, in accordance with user requirements and entitlements.
• Coordinating relocation of office users, along with telephone and data service and equipment (IT Service Request).
• Managing the replacement of interior finishes (including: carpet, ceilings, and furniture) through office building refurbishment projects.
• Soliciting and analyzing user Feedback, following Service Order completion.
• Providing efficient moving systems and other assistance for the relocation of files or other office materials between rooms.
• Follow established CAD standards in regards to layering, dimensioning, text annotations, and other aspects of CAD usage.
• Review existing CAD drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Edit, rework, and update CAD drawing files as required by product changes, modifications, additions, and so on.
• Where necessary, install, configure, and initiate CAD software, related hardware, and any other corresponding IT assets.
• Populate and maintain CAD information repository database.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements, upgrades, and/or purchases.

• Proofread and correct documentation errors.
• Other duties as assignment


Work Conditions

• Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and peripherals.
• Able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
• Overtime as required
