Work closely with MEA Chemical Sales General Manager by arranging his schedule and appointments, answered busy telephone directed or diverted.
•Coordinating with SABIC regional offices by utilizing efficient and courteous customer service in business settings.
•Responsible for answering Sabic chemical website customer inquiry and diverting communications to concern executive based on the product inquisition.
•Maintained up to date comprehensive files and records as well as the updates of sales contract and other documents in ECM portal.
•Secured departmental documents incoming and outgoing mail, and handles its distribution.
•Prepares sales performance report by consolidating the sales updates from MEA offices.
•Directly assist and provide all administrative support to MEA Chemicals sales and business such as creating SSRS request, travel and transportation arrangement, hotel booking, visa request, finance transaction services, and other request as needed.
•Manage meeting schedule, fixed appointments, and prepares business trip schedules and itineraries.
•Provides and control the department issuance of office supplies.
Coordinates routine work chore allocation of manpower to their respective duties and assignments.
•Shift in-charge and supervise contractual employees.
•Responsible for direct/indirect labor tracking and overtime tracking for contractual employees.
•Support implementing company guidelines and policies with regards to contractual employee’s environmental health and safety.
Responsible for billing and collection for locators (tenant) water consumption and wastewater treatment.
