Responsibilities:
-Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and installation of parts of light and heavy equipment like Jaw crusher, Cone crusher, Vibrating feeder, gearboxes, Bulldozer, Excavator, Loader, Grader, and various industrial equipment
-Supervise and coordinate Mechanical workshop and staff activities regarding mechanical work execution
-Estimate the costs of parts and materials to be repair or replacement
-Provide guidance and advice on diagnosis of parts, sizes and clearance of mechanical equipment and its related components
-Giving instruction to mechanical technician on how to dismantle and assemble equipment correctly
-Supervise the measurement and tolerance of parts to be machined according to drawing, experience and specification
-Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet deadline and specifications
-Responsible for conducting research, designing of parts and components for replacement
-Perform the tasks of installing and maintaining machines by applying mechanical engineering principles
-Perform the tasks of analyzing blue prints, technical drawings drawn and schematics
-Providing suggestions specially for remedial measures on how to remove parts, repair and installation
-Making sure all safety precautions are taken
-Regularly making dimensional orientation and materials checks and comparisons.
-Responsible for equipment maintenance and replacement of broken or worn-out parts
-Prepares budget and cost analysis report for any repair of equipment, Leads the technical group in the commencement of the repair and see to it that the repair cost will be on the allowable range of the budget.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for equipment preventive and corrective maintenance program for light and heavy equipment
-Responsible for the budget forecast of engine oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, filter and belts
-Supervise, troubleshoot and repair down equipment including bulldozer, loader, grader, mobile crane, excavator, dump truck, transit mixer, concrete pump, pump car, telescopic forklift, compactor, water pump, generator set, tower light
-Troubleshooting of engine system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and under chassis
-Supervise department to reduce equipment downtime and ensure high equipment availability
-Supervision of workshop personnel in the repair and maintenance of construction equipments
-Report daily to the manager about schedule of repair and maintenance and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the manager
-Making final quality inspection of repaired equipment
-Responsible in monitoring the equipment performance, prepare assessments and provide counter measures to avoid reoccurrence of equipment failure.
-Give day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics and repair including risk and failure analysis

Responsibilities:
-Worked on high speed CNC machine used in mass production. Also actively took part in company’s production and quality control activities
-Study blueprints, dimension and given tolerance and job orders for information on specifications and tooling instructions, and to determine material requirements and operational sequences
-Inspect sample work pieces and output verify conformance with specifications, using high precision instruments like, micrometers, caliper, dial gauges and dial indicators

-Checking the angle, curvature, hole and measurement using micrometer, caliper, gauges, protractor and other precision instrument
-Read and understand drawings, specifications, dimensions and tolerance
-Adjust machine controls and change tool settings in order to keep dimensions within specified tolerance
-Perform Cutting, Bending, Piercing, Curling of automotive parts
