Validate technical assessment of test and commissioning and performance testing done by main contractor for various HVAC, electrical, mechanical and chiller system issues. Coordinate with the requesting department and other trades for the purpose of completing
projects/work orders efficiently. Handles client complaints/requests. Inspects close work orders to verify work proper completion. Performs and supervises the team for compressor overhauling, control troubleshooting and advanced HVAC/ Chiller PM tasks. Plans, organize, assign and supervise the work of the team members ensuring that assignments
are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner. Supervise the application of troubleshooting (electromechanical), predictive, corrective and preventive maintenance program and evaluate as per the given schedule by Facilities department head. Estimate the cost of repairs, installation works, materials and labor requirements. Handles HVAC/ Chiller spare parts and materials plan consumables and non consumables. Recommend and identify technical (HVAC, electrical, Mechanical, etc.) and general
improvements on sites to increase the level of service and efficiency of the systems. Understand and interpret plans and specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and technical data. Provide weekly HSE & Tool box training of the team to ensures that all proper and safety procedures are implemented on site. Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to HSE Team for corrective action. Train and evaluate the performance of the assigned staff. Oversee and supervise the quality of work and timing for any Facility Management Contractor. Prepare computerize or and written documentation (e.g. service records, requisitions, work performed, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information. Responds emergency call out 24/7 for the purpose of resolving immediate and safety concerns. Reports regularly to the Engineer/ Project Manager.

Undertake repair and maintenance job on different types of Liquid & Air Cooled Chillers, Refrigerating Machine, Air Dryers, Freezers, Walk in Coolers, Refrigerators, Cold Storage, Heat Recovery, Heat Pump, Split and Centralized Package A/C, AHU's & FCU's from small to big capacity of air conditioning system. Installation/ commissioning of Chiller and fixing all safety controls and devices. Repairs various items, systems and/or components for the purpose of providing renovation and preventive maintenance of heating/air conditioning and refrigeration systems. HVAC installation/overhauling of semi hermetic compressor, system dehydration/ vacuum as per standard procedures, charging gas Freon, electrical control connection, plumbing tasks and commissioning the unit. Supervision on diagnostic for malfunctions of heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems. Perform direct troubleshooting, rectifications & maintenance as may be required for the purpose of ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe and timely manner. Perform plan preventive maintenance programs of all refrigeration and air conditioning system, Plumbing and Electromechanical works. Oversees calibration and functional of each HVAC component and instrument to ensure optimum performance based of the system capability deliverable. Knowledge of operation & maintenance of BMS/ SCADA, PLC & DDC control & updates software data log and diagnostic reports through the unit. Make periodic check up to evaluate the performance of the unit. Knowledge of high rise building, hotels, palace and property for facilities maintenance and operation in charge electromechanical and plumbing works from lightning system, swimming pool, air conditioning, pumps and water etc...Preparation of all tools and materials during installation or modification works in site project. Maintains tools, materials supplies and/or equipment such as torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, sheet metal, filters, control components, fan blades, gaskets, seals, etc… for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment is in safe operating condition. Responsible for the building fire alarm system operation/ diagnose and reset if necessary and fire extinguisher validation inspection for safety purposes. Prepare reports on work that has been done, and the work needed to be done and place orders for materials, parts, tools, and equipments to be used in work. Responds emergency call outs 24/7 for the purpose of resolving immediate and safety concerns. Reports regularly to the Supervisor/ Engineer.

Perform direct troubleshooting, rectifications & maintenance as may be required for the purpose of ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe and timely manner. Incharge the operation of steam boiler
and perform the softener water analysis. Perform plan preventive maintenance programs of all refrigeration and air conditioning system, Plumbing and Electromechanical works. Reports regularly to the Supervisor/ Engineer.

Perform troubleshooting, rectifications & maintenance of refrigeration and airconditioning and steam boiler as may be required for the purpose of ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe and timely manner.
