Job Responsibilities Include:
* Review of contractor's civil and architectural submittal of materials, shop drawings, respond
to contractors RFI and monthly payment review.
* Conducted inspection and monitoring of project projects and ensuring the implementation
of the three (3) phase inspections and attended meetings as necessary. Also ensure
implementation of safety plan approved for site implementation.
* Prepare daily reports through the USACE Resident Management System (RMS)
* Participate in final handover of the completed project.
Project: Hamad International Airport and various KEO projects
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Involved in the complete inspection and handing over process of the New Hamad
International Airport (NDIA) to Facility Management (HIA-FM) of the Airport.
* Duties included performing joint inspection with the New Doha International Airport (NDIA)
technical team, project management team (Bechtel, Parsons and MACE) and various
contractors to ensure all works were completed and all defects/remaining works were
identified . Also reviewed of project documents to ensure they included all necessary
documents such as operational manual of Airport facilities.
* Reviewed and approved contractor's civil and structural shop drawings, materials, mock-up,
method statements and other related civil and structural submittals for the rectification of
the defective works.
* Conducted site progress inspections to ensure all works were being carried out as per
project specifications and approved method statements.
* Resolved any project issue that arose during construction
* Reviewed as built drawing, closing of project snags, project final dossier and project close
out document and handing over to the HIA-FM project documents and facilities.
Hochtief Facility Management-Bahrain
Projects: Projects and Maintenance - Bahrain International Airport.
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Prepared Preventive Maintenance Plan for all Airport Facilities
* Assisted in preparation of Tender Documents for refurbishment and construction of new
small additional facility and reviewed and recommended approval of proposal from
contractor.
* Supervised all civil maintenance work o the Airport Facilities
* Supervised small to medium Airport project involving refurbishment, modification and repair

three (3) storey building
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Project Engineer for the construction of buildings. Major work is a three-storey building with
total floor area of 28, 800 m2. This is an Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation
(ADCO) project located in ASAB oil & gas area in Abu Dhabi.
Project: Various Construction of medium rise commercial building and Housing
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Prepared structural design for projects such as Private Villas and Medium rise commercial
buildings.
* Prepared project specification, bill of quantities and assisted in preparation of structural
drawings.
