o Responsible for the operations and assists all turn in vehicles for fleet management.
o Responsible for all vehicles inspection for tools and damages.
o Responsible and assisting ground and aviation customers’ inquiry and provide accurate and possible solution.
o Inventory weekly turn in vehicles and submitted to WAR - Weekly Activity Report.
o Responsible to make work orders for all vehicles for repair.
o Follow up and monitor all vehicles under deadline. (Waiting for parts)
o Provides the administrative report, filling, copying and recording all the data.
o Checking and controlling the car registration, insurance and paper works.
o Inspection for all the turn in vehicles tools and submitted to property.
o Responsible for all washout and flow down vehicles for turn in to Ministry of the National Guard.
o Responsible for parking turn in vehicles in dirt lane and made the walk through listing and accounting the vehicles.
o Coordinate with vendor for the lease vehicles turn in and issue.
o Performs all other functions that may be assigned.
