Team Leader (2012-current)
• Own the business and drive a change expectation
- Leading the team of engineers to deliver the best in class results
- Lead the team to make a change for the business. Take the personal risk to make a tough call for the business.

- Personally comply with safety/quality standard all the time.

- Equipment standard represents the capability of my people. Lack of basic condition is the symbol of poor AM DMS execution. High PR with low standard is the starting point of line performance deterioration. Promptly confront my team when I sense the deterioration.
• Run RTT DMS with Discipline & Create strong culture of ‘Following to the standards’
- Execute RTT DMS and record in the system correctly. Conduct gap analysis to fix the outage permanently. RTT board is the reflection of your daily work. Make it perfect every shift.
- Understand SHA for 3 AM DMS and keep 3 DMS healthy with > 85% SHA in your team.
- Ensure problem analysis is ‘what’s different vs standards’. 90% of the problems are caused by lack of basic condition or off-standards. Penetrate problems well and act based on right process theory.
• Conduct Effective & Efficient Shift Handover & Wrap up meeting
- Write all details in 6W2H & Standard Check & Actions. Poor recording creates a lot of rework.
- Making sure that shift plan should include all actions - RLS, CIL, Defect fixing, CL audit, anything the team do in the shift. Perform urgency to fix the issues in the shift.
- Do wrap up meeting to make next day better than today. Discuss how we can do better on daily standard task and update standards to make it better for all teams.
• Lead Organization
- As Team Leader, I own my team results. I am the one who can stay with other team members all the time and responsible to unleash their capability to make everyday deliver better results.
- Create and follow through Team PDCA to drive results via capability building in a sustainable way.
- Drive team member development by providing day-to-day coaching and leveraging external capability development program.
- Always proactively drive AM Step activities which are the main capability building work for the team.
Product Supply Line Engineer
• Main responsibility is on line reliability (daily operation, maintenance and housekeeping of high speed diaper making/ packing equipment).
• Machine technician in-charge of troubleshooting equipment process, mechanical and electrical problems.
• Line quality system ownership - ensures that line is meeting the measures on quality, safety, process and reliability system.
• Manages basic line standards via Process Control Strategy and Q Factors (centerlines, control strategies, quality standards). Ensures 100% compliance on making and packing instructions that track and report all measures (process static and dynamic centerline).
• Complete all necessary inspections and on-line analysis and resolution of operational gaps in the assigned area and work with resources to resolve issues.
• Develop ROOT CAUSE (why-why) analysis for major downtime(s) and breakdown to be shared during daily PM or DMS meeting.
• Maintenance engineer of the equipment implementing AM, PM, FI and other loss elimination activities. Leads in creating OPL, CBA/JSA and Kaizen (improvement) to improve work process and reliability of the equipment.
• Preparation of work order for task requiring equipment parts replacement/ maintenance thru SAP system
Team Technical System Owner(2010-current)
• Team technical resource on equipment related issues to machine breakdown, mechanical and electrical maintenance and defects.
• Area equipments planned maintenance (PM) SPOC, generates PM02 Planning and Scheduling, enroll task in SAP for PM02
• Do confirmation and technical completion of PM02 tasks in SAP
• Handles line Defect Log sheet where all equipment related defects are logged and actions are identified whether for AM and PM tasks
• Team tools management owner and Breakdown system owner.
Electrical and Instrumentation System Owner (2005-current)
• Electrical and Instrumentation engineer owner of the line responsible fixing electrical related defects.
• Improve machine reliability and stops reduction through PLC program equipment process improvement.
• Leads in electrical planned maintenance on equipment, MCC, Servo motors, DC motors, Glue Tanks, Chiller
• Glue system, electrical system of pneumatics
Line Changeover Owner(2009-2010)
• Responsible of leading the line in reduction of changeover downtime, through systemic approach on changeover procedure and reviewing gaps on every results of changeover
• Process static and dynamic centerline owner responsible of maintaining and tracking updated CL.
• Support ADP initiatives and projects
• Leads in generating changeover procedures and train team members on changeover execution
• Ensure electrical parameters and midrange are updated before and after changeover.
Horizontal Team Captain of ADP Bagger Owners (2009)
• Responsible to analyze, share and give action plans on how to improve/sustain good results through reapplication and benchmarking.
• Review line measures and results per equipment, stops, PR loss, quality reject, breakdowns and improvements on equipment.
• Reapplication and benchmarking from other lines and other sites.
ADP Machine Resource (Current)
• In charge of training co-engineer on ADP process, electrical and mechanical parameters.
• Leads initiatives on ADP, low counts initiatives, software version upgrade, speed up project
• Regular participation to a Global electrical meeting conference call being lead by Germany.
MAIN FUNCTIONS: Process Engineer
Taping Process/ Technical Engineer (July 1, 2004 to September 9, 2005)
• Analysis of process technical and production problems
• Monitors process issues/ visual defects and losses and prepare improvement items
• Gathers, updates and check all items pertaining to process issues.
• Leads in process action planning regarding maintenance and issue resolution
• Leads in report generation for any consumer complaints with action plans and countermeasure
• Supervises the equipment and labor productivity and give countermeasures for any abnormalities
• Trains subordinates and evaluate periodically.
• Improve Machine capacity using 6 sigma project approach
Sorting/Testing Process Engineer (January 13, 2003 to June 30, 2004)
• Provides training and education methods to all subordinates
• Controls working standards and guidelines and other process documents and its revision
• Deals with production and quality problems and makes decision
• Conduct performance appraisal and evaluation to all subordinates
• Plans and develop ideas and improvement for prevention of defects
• Manages equipment and labor productivity and loss time analysis
• Manages monthly production execution activities such as inventory using SAP system
