-Preparation of Financial reports
-Responsible for monthly closing which includes but not limited to balance sheet reconciliation, general accounting, intercompany entries, Journal accounting, Prepayment & accruals.
-Records transaction and review accounting records, prepare accounts reconciliation and monitoring bank account balance
-Responsible for accounts payable (Procure to payment accounting & relationship)
-Verify and check all petty cash payments with policy driven controls.
-Vendor reconciliation, checking & posting of all supplier payments.
-Bank Reconciliation
-Budget Forecasting and any ad-hoc analysis assigned by management.

-Support Finance Manager in preparing financial report
-Overall in charge of Accounts Receivable and Collections
-Generate and issue Statement of Accounts and Invoices to clients/customers
-Monitoring and Inventory Reconciliation with different branches
-Bank Reconciliation
-Coordinate/Reconcile Outstanding Receivables with Clients & Customers
-Collect payment and issue receipt to Clients & Customers
