Job Description:
• Prepares the safety work permit from issuer for ppm & cm job.
• Prepares the monthly of attendance sheet for my team.
• Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees
• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints..
• Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
• Ability to update inventories and other supplies as needed.
• Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and contractors.
• Prepares daily work accomplishment report and perform other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time. Plan and schedule project.
• Completes daily weekly and monthly checklist ppm on kitchen equipment And electrical equipment.
• Strong ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and to follow manuals on operation and installation to successful complete tasks.
• Carry out periodic inspection cleaning and equipment servicing.
• Maintain records and documentation relating to the going completion of project.
• Supervise electricians as they work providing guidance and instruction as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and completes the turn over quickly and efficiently in order to satisfy and meet the guest needs.
• Installed of generator power supply, wiring installation and trouble shooting of single phase and 3 phase 380 & 230 volt. Assemble and install electrical panels and equipment.
• Perform general repair and maintenance duties in regard to laundry plumbing electrical systems and kitchen appliances equipment.
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment are property maintained and service to upkeep all equipment and to avoid breakdown. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Log into the work order management system to find accept and complete the work requests.

• Maintain various types of Kitchen equipment such as; Blenders, Boilers, Coffee Grinders, Coffee Machines, Baine Marie, Combi Oven, Cough Mixer, Deep Fryer, Dish Washer, Gas or Electric range hot plate, Grills, Boiling pan Tilting pan, Fry top, Food warmer, Blenders, Juicer Machine, Meat Mixer, Meat slicer, Micro Oven, Potato Peelers, Etc.
• Following national electrical codes state and local building regulation.
•Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.
•Ability to inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling, water chiller, generators and ventilation system and the boiler system. Skill in maintaining and repairing security hardware.

•GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director or other appropriate administrative staff, is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, Commercial kitchen equipment and related systems. Performs the work of employees and other duties as required.
•inspects and tests electrical lighting, signal, communication, power circuits and equipment. Examines tests and repairs such elements of system as distribution panel.

•GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES;
Under direction installs repairs, replace and test mechanical & auxiliary circuits, equipment and appliances, using hand tolls and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lightings and equipment operations and auxiliary in the building.
•Chart out implement general and preventive maintenance task on building and grounds.
•Handle installation repairs plumbing and electrical issues.

•Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using a pre‐established check sheet.
•Performs electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
•Food service Repair all kind of commercial kitchen equipment.
Plumbing System
Check all plumbing fittings for cracks or leaks including taps, sinks, toilets, toilet hinges, lavatory and hand shower. Assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
Check the tiles and splash backs around sinks are water tight and in good condition and free from water damage. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
Test the water pressure in hot and cold taps. It is worthwhile turning on several taps simultaneously to ascertain if there is any appreciable pressure drop
Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment.
•Installation of electrical wiring and Check panel boards supplying or supplied by feeders for over current protection, grounding, and proper enclosures.
•Estimate of materials, Trouble shooting and testing of motor 3- phase and single phase,
•Conducting project inspection, Preparing reports and sketch for built-in electrical plans, Replace wiring equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
•Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring equipment and fixtures based on job specifications and local code. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

•PLUMBER WORKS: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work, including repair works on sanitary plumbing installation and water line hot and cold. Fix and repair of all equipment plumbing and mechanical works. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment.
