- Actively participates in HAZOP workshops
- Responsible for preparation and delivery of technical information, presentations and
training sessions for internal stakeholders of the new wastewater treatment plant
- Witness of different commissioning tests
- Responsible for optimization and over-all operation of existing wastewater plants
- Responsible in planning, preparing, scheduling and prioritizing operation activities
- Preparation of Self Monitoring Reports to be submitted to Environmental Agencies
- Analyze Workforce Requirements
- Acts as HSE Engineer for wastewater facilities
- Responsible for implementing the IMS procedure in the assigned wastewater facilities
- Assist site operations in commissioning and startup (energization) activities
- Validation of equipment identification and their integrity to the P&ID
- Supervision of workers assigned to the commissioning as well as supplier
representatives and ensuring it adheres to HSE Company’s policy and procedures
- Conducts daily walk through to monitor the wastewater facility operations
- Conducts process studies and process plant trials for each facility
- Application of process studies recommendations
- Control equipment from SCADA or from their Local Control panel (LCP) according to
the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Monitors the production parameters on the SCADA system
- Conducts laboratory analysis for daily monitoring of wastewater facilities
- Maintain Maintenance and inventory Records
- Ensures proper upkeep of wastewater facilities
I am graduate of Chemical engineering with a thesis study on the production of biodiesel from Algae. I also conducted a plant design for a wastewater plant as a fulfilment of the requirement of the curriculum.
