Servicing on average thirty vehicles per day in the service department and 5 cars in the body shop. My focus is on customer satisfaction, fix it right first time, and parts availability from one side, while increasing profit and growing the business from the other side.
Daily implementation of the manufacturer’s standards, internal policies and procedures, and continuously monitoring the facility capacity, cash collections and cash flow, utilization and efficiency. This helped us achieve best cash flow results customer satisfaction and avoid any bad debt. In a very short period we have scored in the top 10 in Customer Satisfaction Survey “CSS” amongst all GCC and MENA dealers.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Bodyshop
• Focus on meeting and over-achieving the monthly targets.
• Regularly meeting with insurance companies to generate incremental business, new contracts and any outstanding payments.
• Daily follow-up on status of repairs, insurance companies’ approvals and add-on repairs.
• Making estimations using Audatex and Audavin for accuracy and transparency especially for insurance companies.
• Using automated drying technology “Symach” which reduces drying time in base or top coat to few minutes, hence realizing an average cycle time is 2.6 days.
• Using both solvent and water base paint to keep the manufacturer happy while still being able to offer insurance companies competitive rates.
• Perform random quality checks to ensure the best quality is given to the customer.
• Daily inspection on paint and material use, generating reports to evaluate waste and excess consumptions using the paint software.
Service:
• KPI measurements on daily, weekly or monthly basis
• Prepare and manage an annual operating budget for the department
• Ensure Core & Dealer standards are being followed efficiently throughout the operation
• Maintain fix it right first time over 97%
• Maximize profits by reducing lead times and manage the workshop load
