Provide oversight and management of document controllers and imaging specialists to ensure daily targets are achieved and projects are completed on time.
•Interface with the client to highlight issue and risks.
•Analyze and review capture workflow software to resolve issues and ensure streamlined productivity.
•Escalate issues and risk to project manager on a weekly basis.
•Perform document imaging, classification and indexing, and quality control activities.
•Assist with training all new associates to Document Imaging Team.
Greet visitors, direct clients, and guests accordingly & assist them with their needs.
•Daily interaction with high level clients both internal and external.
•Perform administrative tasks as requested
•Occasional data entry and word processing.
•Responsible for making Rental Contracts.
•Handles the keys of all the properties managed by the company.
•Answer all calls in a prompt and professional manner and transfer to appropriate person or as requested.
Answers incoming telephone calls, and retrieves voice mail messages; determines purpose of call and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
•Welcomes visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
•Assists in meeting preparation ensuring a welcoming environment.
•Maintain travel program and providing travel accommodations for agency.
•Data entry duties assigned by various departments.
•Maintain vacation report, including available time off and time taken.
•Prioritizes tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines.
•Orders all office supplies;
•Maintains phone list, mailboxes and check-in sheets.
•Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Packing List and Invoice.
•Booking Shipments that has to be shipped to another country in Dubai Chamber.
•Assistant of the accountant.
•Handle Cheque Payments for the Suppliers
