5. Handles and processes over-the-counter transactions according to set standards (deposit, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, opening/closing of accounts).
6. Attends and responds to client needs, requests inquiries and concerns and directs them to in-charge bank representatives as needed.
7. Monitors and processes client placements.
8. Controls account for all numbered office forms within custody.
9.Check frequently the level of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
