• Assist INSO Project Engineer on monitoring, supervising and verifying the work being done on site by the Medical Equipment Suppliers and Sub Contractors, if the Works are being done as per the Standards stipulated on the Shop Drawings, Installation Manual, Method of statements, and if the workmanship are acceptable prior to call for Inspection.
• Assist INSO Biomedical Engineers on Site monitoring of Medical Equipment Installation & Testing being conducted by Medical Equipment Suppliers. Equipment such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), CT Scan, Operating Rooms (OR) Theaters Equipment Such as Pendants (Anesthesia, Surgery, Nurse Workstation, and Surgical Lights & Monitor Pendant), Surgical Tables, Cameras and Wall Mounted Monitors, Ultrasound Equipment (Fixed & Movable), and Surgical & Patients Beds.
Assist Sr. Electrical Engineer (Designer) on the Preparation of the Electrical Design & Calculations such as; Cable Sizing & Voltage Drop Calculation, Electrical Load Schedule (for Transformer & Low voltage Switchgear Sizing) and The Key Single Line Diagram & Drawings.
Prepare, Review and Finalized Electrical Design & Calculations, Specifications and Equipment Data Sheets prior to client submissions.
Responsible on the following areas 66/11kV & 11/6.6kV Substations, Waste to Energy (Boiler Room & Turbine Hall), Compost Area and Incineration Bottom Ash Treatment (IBAT) Plant.
Inspect the Electrical Installation and witnessed the Testing & Commissioning of Substation Transformers, Switch Gears, HV & MV Panels, Bay Control Unit (BCU) Panels for Monitoring, Substation Control System (SCS), Control & Protections Panel, Cable Laying, Cable Terminations on the 66kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS)-66kV/11kV & 11/6.6kV.
Inspect Process Instrumentation Field Devices Installation at Waste to Energy Plant, Compost Plant and IBAT Plant.
Review & Provide Recommendation for client final assessment on all Submitted Method of Statement, ITP and Material submittals were followed and in compliance with the Project Specifications & Standards.
Spearhead and assist Site Inspector both Mechanical & Electrical on the Testing & Commissioning of Substations (2 Nos.), PA System, Fire Alarm & Detection System, Fire Fighting System, Chillers Equipment, HVAC System & BMS System.
Perform Electrical Inspection on the following Areas of Responsibilities 11 Substations (1 No.-220/33kV, 3Nos.-33/11kV & 7Nos -11/6.6kV) & 16 Electrical Rooms, Cathode Roding Shop, Pot Room Reduction Area, Emergency Workshop, & Crane Main Workshop.
Inspect Process Instrumentation Field Devices Installation, such as Transducers, Transmitters and Indicating Controllers for Pressure, Temperature, Flow & Level, so as the Junctions boxes, Local Control Stations & Distributed Control System.
Inspect and Fill up & Sign Mechanical Completion Check Record (MCCR) for Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment prior to the issuance of Hand Over Certificate (HOC) and Live Up Notice (LUN) to the Testing & Commissioning Department and Assist the Client & Construction & Engineering Department on other site Query & Deviation.
