Providing design and drafting services for the preliminary and detail design phases of a project.
Preparing drawings in accordance with our client and the Host Government and internationally recognized standard formats
Reviewing design and drafting works completed by colleagues or other parties for compliance with original design intent, our clients and Host Government standards and internationally recognized best practice
Interpreting survey results into technical drawings
Advising and supporting the Project Engineer and the QA/QC Engineers on any technical design issues arising from the projects
Responsible for scheduling, organizing activities, updating accomplishment and project reporting accomplishment.
Make weekly look ahead schedule as per basis of a target plan schedule of work.
Monthly update programmed schedule and target schedule for project monitoring status accomplishment.
Site monitoring inspection for accomplishment inventory as needed for updating the work accomplished.
Coordinate to all site involves personnel assigned for best information about the present work schedule if it is concurrent to the specified target schedule as the basis on site construction.
Responsible for assisting project manager on all phases of the project.
Responsible for project invoice as well as reviewing the sub-contractor’s invoice.
Ø Check the material quality as per prescribed standards
Ø Developed and prepared engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
Ø Conducted and supervised field surveys associated with land & building surveys.
Ø Monitored work of contractors/ sub-contractors, field inspectors, and provided construction support services to the clients to ensure the works comply with contractual terms and conditions, as well as specifications, applicable regulations, etc.
Ø Setting out of layouts.
Ø Inspect all the works and get approval from consultants
Ø Prepare bill of quantities & checking the sub contractor’s bills.
Ø Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
Ø Co-ordination for Preparation of Shop drawings & As Built.
Ø Monitoring progress, Preparations of weekly or monthly reports and arranges site meetings.
Ø Prepares and implements work schedules, inventory levels and control procedures.
Ø Enforces construction policies and procedures and monitors compliance to quality, safety and sanitation standards.
Ø Oversees and monitors the development of projects through submission of daily accomplishment on completed works.
Ø Monitors and ensures timely completion of project plans and guidelines.
Ø Coordinates and controls design and construction of property development activities with other Operating Engineers.
Ø Supervises monitors and controls the subcontractors’ services and other project itself.
Ø Estimates and prepares the requisition for logistical support and bidding purposes.
Ø Evaluates material usage, logistic and manpower requirements of the project.
Ø Monitors the cost of labor and verifies/certifies payments to the activities of the subcontractors.
Ø Conducts sampling and testing of construction materials as may be required.
Ø Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Ø Prepares design for Structural Plan, Architectural Plan, Sanitary Plumbing & Waterline System using computer software (AutoCad 2009-Plans, SketchUp Pro6- Three Dimensional)
Ø Prepares Bar Cutting Lists to ensure the standard cut according to the structural design plan.
Ø Performs drafting & technical works using Design, AutoCAD, Rivets, and Sketch-up software.
