• Conceptualize and design residential and serviced apartments from floor plans to façade design.
• Produces photo-realistic 3D renderings and other visual presentations.
• Handles a team of architects, CAD technicians, and 3D Visualizers.
• Conducts area analysis based management’s requirements.
• Ensures all designs are complying with the regulations of the municipality and other real estate Development Control Regulation (DCR).
• Liaising with Structural, MEP, and Detail Design Department to make sure all aspects of the design process are updated in all departments.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Concept Design Department

• Produces conceptual designs for residential, serviced apartments, hotel resorts, and retail malls.
• Produces photo-realistic 3D renderings, 3D walkthrough and other visual presentations.
• Supervise a team of 3D modelers and renderers.
• Produces photo-realistic exterior and interior 3D renderings, 3D walkthrough and other visual presentations.
• Ensures the quality of production for the client’s satisfaction
• Observes LG Brand Communication Group in design implementation.
• Layouts designs for merchandising collaterals ( POP’s, posters, flyers, billboards, print Ads ).
• Layouts display units and racks in dealer’s “shop front” in 3d presentation.
• Handles all design requirements needed by the company.
• Handles a team in exhibits, road shows, setups, ingress & egress.
• Deals with third party suppliers/contractors and observes quality control
• for the production ( printing, construction of display racks )
• Handles the inventory of display racks and merchandising collaterals.
