Monitor, supervise, inspection and coordinate with electrical, civil and mechanical teams and other contractors of other discipline for all MEP related installations; take charge in closing out of NCR's and snags prior to pre-commissioning and commissioning works.
Specific Nature of Work
1. Preliminary inspection of electrical, fire fighting, HVAC and plumbing materials delivered on site for physical condition and if conform to Contract Specifications, British Standards, local standards, approved Material Submittals and approved drawings in Barwa Commercial Avenue Type 1 commercial building project and Pearl Qatar Viva Bahriya Residential Tower Building 20 & 21 projects prior to final inspection by the General Contractor and Consultant
2. Preparation and submittal of Material Inspection Request ( MIR) for final inspection of site material deliveries by the General Contractor and Consultant
3. Attend final inspection of site material deliveries by the General Contractor and Consultant for approval of materials prior to site installations
4. Closing out of Non-Conformance Reports ( NCR) and Site Observation Notices (SON) issued by the consultant 5. Preparation and submittal of Method Statements for electrical installations for approval by the Consultant
6. Attend final inspection of electrical installation by the consultant for approval and acceptance by the client.
Specific Nature of Work
1. Checking and monitoring of electrical work such as installation of 1600 KVA, 13.8 KV power transformers, medium voltage switchgears, , lighting and power socket system, fire alarm system, telephone and data system, CCTV, BMS system and panelboards in Etihad Tower Hotel project in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
2. Conducting of preliminary inspection of electrical installation to verify if they conform to approved drawings, specifications, British Standards and local standards prior to final inspection with the consultant and general contractor's QA/QC engineer
3. Conducting of final inspection of electrical installation with the consultant and general contractor's QA/QC engineer after preliminary inspection
4. Preparation, compilation and submittal of electrical inspection and test reports
5. Clearing of punch/snag list work and securing for the final approval of electrical installations from the consultant
6. Preparation and submittal of Method Statements for electrical installations for approval by the Consultant

Checking and monitoring of electrical and instrumentation work such as installation of 25 MVA and 2 MVA power transformers, 2500 KVA diesel engine generators, medium voltage switchgear compensation unit capacitors, lighting and power socket panelboards, dcs and marshalling panels, various instrument devices, electrical and instrumentation cable trays, conduit and cables, etc. in one of the biggest streel plant projects (Saudi Iron and Steel Co.LTD. Direct Reduction Plant - Module E-Haddeed) in Jubail, K.S.A.
2. Conducting of preliminary inspection of electrical and instrumentation installation to verify if they conform to approved drawings, specifications and standards prior for final inspection with the consultant and general contractor's QA/QC engineer
