•• Involve in pre commissioning and commissioning inspection on Site Development and Logistic Tank Farm and Packaging Center package in Mechanical, Piping both nonmetallic and metallic, building HVAC and Plumbing.
• Organizes and executes system and subsystem walk downs for compliance with Project specifications and owner requirements.
• Expert knowledge of specific Inspection disciplines such as Condition Monitoring, Nondestructive testing, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of Inspection systems and principles
• Sound understanding of Inspection QA/QC philosophy and techniques.
• Engineer in charge for all the inspection for Mechanical and Welding scope in Saudi Aramco SADARA project. These include Storage tank fabrication, Structural fabrication and installation, underground piping, Plumbing and HVAC for Building and material receiving.
• Perform receiving inspection for all material and equipment intended for the project use with respect to inspection level.
• Conduct monthly material and equipments handling and preservation inspection.
• Ensure all fabrications and installations as per project specs, codes, engineering standards and procedures.
• Observation of work in progress to insure that procedures followed and materials used conform to specifications.
• Coordination between project management and subcontractors to ensure job compliance in accordance to project specifications.
• Conduct material inspection as per specification, vendor documents, purchased order, test report and mill certificates.
• Participate in the pre inspection meeting to all vendors/ Supplier prior for fabrication and shipments
• Witness mechanical testing of Weld specimens for PQR particularly impact test, hardness test, tensile test ( longitudinal or transversal bend test )
• Performing Surveillance Walk downs and prepares Site Surveillance Reports/Non Conformance Reports and monitoring its status.
• Coordinating and initiating daily inspection of Storage Tank assembling, Piping Installations/ testing/ reinstatement activities.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with clients, contractors/sub contractors and job site staff.
• Witness inspect and representing owner on any mechanical testing in particular to WPS Procedure Qualification Record
• Check and monitor welders qualification & welding work before, during and post welding.
• Keeping records of QA /QC welding activities ( daily welding reports, visual inspection report, site inspection reports )
• Make sure all safety precautionary measures are in place and that all safety rules and regulations are following and implement.
Client representative with regards to inspection on Mechanical construction and pre commissioning activities particular to above ground Piping and HVAC of IGCC Soot Ash Recovery Unit (S.A.R.U. ) and Acid Gas Removal Unit (A.G.R.U. ) in Package 1.
• Conduct inspection as per Inspection and Test Plan with regards to all piping and HVAC activities
• Conduct piping system line walk for pretest and reinstatement package, verification of punch clear items.
• Inspect and Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic testing, bolt torqueing and tensioning activity for all piping network in Soot Ash Recovery Unit.
• Participate in weekly Quality coordination meeting together with ARAMCO project management team
• Monitor and evaluate and provide report regarding on contractor quality performance.
• Authorized to review and approved construction quality documents like Contractor Quality Plan, Approval for contractor quality personnel, Contractor Quality procedure.
• Initiate Log Book Entry for violation, proactive notification and general comment on construction activities with regards to project standard and to international standard.
• Issue Non-Conformance Report NCR, escalated LBE. To contractor with guidance of Project Quality Manager PQM.
• Review and monitor Internal Non-Conformance Report of the contractor quality team.
• Input in CRM, BOI for safety issues that has been observed in everyday surveillance inspection.
Client representative with regards to inspection on Mechanical construction and pre commissioning activities particular to above ground Piping and HVAC of IGCC Soot Ash Recovery Unit (S.A.R.U. ) and Acid Gas Removal Unit (A.G.R.U. ) in Package 1.

• Coordinating and initiating daily inspection of Non Metallic Piping Installations/ testing/ reinstatement activities. Particular to Reinforce thermosetting resin ( RTR ), Glass Reinforce Pipe ( GRP ) and Fiber Reinforce Pipe ( FRP )that has been use for Fire water and utilities system.
• Conducted inspect and coordinated mechanical running of equipment such as pump, compressors and air fin fan coolers.

• Witness hydro-testing and tie-in activities and monitor the calibration of pressure gauges and relief valves.
• Reinstatement Inspection.
• Conduct daily site inspection with regards to Safety matters and insure that every work area/workers are complying from day in to day out of all the safety regulation.
• Detect and eliminate safety hazard before its occurrences.
• Coordinate with discipline supervisor regarding their work and insure that maximum safety is implemented and observed.
• One of the committee who conduct safety orientation and training to newly hired personnel before they go on to their respective work
