Job Profile: Erection of Boiler Pressure Parts & Piping (Super Critical Technology)
Key Result Areas:
• Erection & Commissioning of Boiler Pressure Parts &Structure (Super Critical Technology) as per Drawings.
• Erection & Commissioning of Critical Piping, Fuel Oil Piping, Steam Piping, Aux. Piping. (Pressure 25.8MPa, Temp. 574 C)
• Ensuring fabrication and erection of steel structural work as per drawing.
• Expertise in Flushing of lube oil Piping & Equipment's (TDBFP, MDBFP) of 660 MW thermal Power plants.
• Managing the projects from concept to commissioning stage & handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to planning, utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall project execution for ensuring timely completion.
• Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs to enhance morale and skills of staff and workmen.
• Attended Boiler tube leakage in Water wall area, Economizer, Final super heater, Burner Area & Reheater area within a shortest time period.
• Identification & interaction with Workshop for repair activities.
• Maintaining history/ records.
• Preparation of audit related documents.
• Contractor management.
• Proper communication with contractors regarding work process and progress.
• I have successfully done Drainable and Non Drainable hydro test.

Attainments:
• Successfully did planning and execution of Boiler Pressure Parts & Piping of Unit # 5 of 5x660 MW power plant within stipulated amount of time for ADANI POWER MAHARASTRA LIMITED, GONDIA.
• Successfully did planning, erection & commissioning assistance of TG Auxiliary Piping, Static Equipment's in Unit # 1 of 5x660 MW power plants within stipulated amount of time for ADANI POWER LIMITED, GONDIA.
o Awarded best safety conscious engineer by Head of Project in 2013.
o Awarded best safety conscious engineer by Head of Project in 2014.
o Successfully completed works in adherence to HSE & quality norms.
