Performs a wide variety of typing assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature; enters data, draft, edit, revise and print letters, tables, reports and other materials.
Sorts, screens and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; prepare photocopies and operates a variety of office equipment
Prepare Progress Report / Minutes of Meeting and Presentation
Taking Site Progress Photos.
Obtains stocks and distributes office supplies.
Review and proofread documents for consistency of document format and system concerns.
In Charge of the Submission of Document Submittal for approval of the Client/Consultant.
Sending email to the concern department heads for all the documents received from the Client/Consultant and Subcontractor.
Maintain all the files and control logs as required by the project.
Comply fully in safety rules and regulations implemented by the company and client.
Prepare billed claims as per health provider & billed claims summary per Physicians
Checking Medical Records.
Prepare mail transmittal and Filing
Process orders and follow up on order acknowledgement and ship date advice to customers.
Generate and follow up on quotation status.
Update orders and quotation as per customer’s request.
Receive goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
Handle and manage customers’ enquiries.
Assist costumer.
Insure all computers working properly and do formatting, repair, assembly and LAN Networking.
Prepare sales summary.
