•Supervises manpower and ensures that duties are implemented within strict timeframes.
•In charge of overseeing daily activities and attends regular meetings with the field staff to review planning and progress report.
•Skillfully provides technical guidance regarding new installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Reports directly to Project Engineer in terms of targets and deadlines
•Ensure the obligations of the project are carried out in adherence with the contract

•Monitors construction progress and manpower achievement
•Checks details of layout on foundation, beams, columns, check RSB splices, cutting.
•Controls estimates used in pouring concrete slab, floor, beams and column in order to maintain standard ratio per bag of cement, sand and gravel.
•Inspects layout of RSB, plumbing, Electrical.
